This reversible vintage kantha quilt makes an instant colour statement with its zingy lime green, orange and classic navy patterns giving you two very different but complementary looks to choose from. It is completely unique, handmade and authentic, made from several layers of recycled sarees, with superb fine stitching adding detail to the hand printed patterns.

Throw it over a sofa to add instant boho style, or as a bedcover to brighten up your bedroom with extra colour, or mount it as a wall hanging to show off the detailed pattern.

SIZE: 220cm x 145cm (87" x 57")

It is shown in the pictures draped over a UK Double bed size (US Full Size) but it will also fit a larger King size bed or a smaller bed if used lengthways.

Kantha quilts have been made for centuries by artisans in rural India. They are handmade from layers of recycled hand printed sarees which are hand stitched together to create a reversible, one of a kind blanket. Each one is completely unique and come in different sizes, thicknesses and qualities. We hand select our kantha quilts for their bright colours, versatile sizes and unique patterns, and photograph them in as much detail as possible so that you can see the beautiful features of each one.

This is a one-off, completely unique design, so when it's gone it's gone! It's a true vintage piece, so expect imperfections, patched details, marks and worn sections that reveal the layers below. We do our best to photograph all the details but remember that you are purchasing a unique, vintage textile piece that has been handmade and used in the past (and washed, obviously).

UK Free Delivery is normally 2-4 days for items in stock using using Royal Mail,  EVRI, DPD or UPS (depending on the size and whether you choose Standard or Express delivery).

All deliveries are fully tracked and you'll get email updates to your inbox.

International delivery includes duties and taxes so you shouldn't have to pay any extra to get your item.

Free international delivery applies for all orders over $60 / 60€. Standard delivery normally takes about 4-12 days from despatch, Express takes about 2-4 days. The courier we use depends on the size and service you choose.

Eco-Friendly

All our textiles are made using natural materials including cotton, linen, bamboo (and occasionally polyester recycled from post-consumer waste). You won't find any fabrics made from raw plastics such as polyester or acrylic, or made using toxic chemical processes such as viscose or acetates. Natural products not only feel better, they are also hypoallergenic, better for you and for the planet.

We send everything using minimal biodegradable plastic bags for protection and recyclable paper packaging.
