SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to send items as quickly as possible using the most efficient, reliable and cost effective couriers. 

Most items are despatched within 1-2 days. Some items are made to order, so check the listing description for estimated time it will take be ready to despatch.

UK

Free shipping when you spend over £30.00. We are currently fulfilling orders using Royal Mail, DPD and Evri, which normally takes 2-4 days

The courier we use and the speed of delivery will depend on the delivery location and / or size of your order.

Some items have the option to select an expedited service for an extra cost, which means that your item will usually be delivered by a different courier and will normally arrive in 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL

Not in the UK? No problem. We ship to most countries (free over $60 USD or equivalent in your local currency), but if your country isn't listed please drop us a message and we'll check the cost for you. 

Standard International delivery can take around 14 business days, sometimes more depending on your location. Express international delivery is with UPS and normally takes 2-4 days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a couple of days longer. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

We send all international orders placed on our website (not Etsy) with customs duties and taxes included in the price and/or shipping cost shown on your order. If you are contacted by a delivery company and asked to pay taxes or duties please do not any payments and contact us straight away to forward any emails you may have received. 

TRACKING

We don't guarantee delivery times with any of our couriers, but all deliveries are fully tracked and you'll be sent tracking updates about your delivery. Please check your spam folder for tracking emails from hello@biggsandhill.com and contact us if there's any issue. We're here to help make sure you get the items you ordered. 

Most deliveries happen as planned, but on occasion your delivery could be delayed, go missing or arrive damaged. Tracking emails from the carrier provide the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your order. If you have any concerns please contact us though. We will always replace items that have gone missing or offer a refund if the item is no longer available. 

MISSED DELIVERY

The courier will notify you by email or text that they were unable to deliver your order. Some couriers will give you the option to choose a drop off point or a different delivery address. We are not able to make these changes for you, so please contact the courier service to see what their available redelivery options are.
