Bright, bold, handmade and full of detail, this one-of-a-kind king size throw is the perfect finishing touch for a joyful bedroom or lounge. The bright patchwork patterns are all hand stitched, with appliqué embroidered flowers and other motifs surrounded by tiny star embroidery.

Throw it over a sofa or bed to add instant drama, eclectic colour, authentic texture and originality.

It's made from layers of cotton without any extra padding so it's ideal either as a colourful layer over a duvet in winter or as a breathable bedcover over a sheet in summer.

This style of bedcover is handmade by artisans in Chotan, Rajasthan. Each unique design is pieced together by women from the Jogi community, then embroidered around the edges of the design. A true work of craft, these throw blankets reflect a living tradition carried out in small communities, creating one-of-a-kind pieces with history in every stitch.

Size: 225cm x 280cm (88" x 110")

These are really big, so this one is shown over a UK Double bed (US Full) with the shorter edge across the bed, but it will also fit up to a Super King if placed the other way around with the longer edge across the bed. Please measure to check the size will work for you.

Id ordered some cushions and they were so beautifully made and really lovely fabric so e mailed Biggs & Hill and asked would they be able to make a huge cushion a beanbag!!? A very prompt reply came back….of course send sizes so i did and it arrived and was as perfectly made as cushions absolutely gorgeous! Great company to deal with!
