Bright, bold, handmade and full of detail, this one-of-a-kind reversible pillow cover is the perfect finishing touch for a joyful bedroom or lounge. The bright patchwork patterns are all hand stitched, with appliqué embroidered flowers and other motifs surrounded by tiny star embroidery.

This type of patchwork fabric is handmade by artisans in Chotan, Rajasthan. Each unique design is pieced together by women from the Jogi community, then embroidered around the edges of the design. A true work of craft, these cushions reflect a living tradition carried out in small communities, creating one-of-a-kind pieces with history in every stitch.

This batch was made using a single patchwork blanket here is our studio in Sussex, UK, so we have several cushions that will complement this one. It has different patterns on each side and a sturdy invisible zip so you can use it either way up.

Id ordered some cushions and they were so beautifully made and really lovely fabric so e mailed Biggs & Hill and asked would they be able to make a huge cushion a beanbag!!? A very prompt reply came back….of course send sizes so i did and it arrived and was as perfectly made as cushions absolutely gorgeous! Great company to deal with!
