Kantha quilts have been made for centuries by artisans in rural India. Our vintage kantha are made from layers of recycled sarees which were hand stitched together to create a reversible, one of a kind blanket.
Each one is completely unique. They come in different sizes, thicknesses and qualities, each one with tiny running stitches holding the layers together, sometimes embellished with superb embroidery.

International delivery includes duties and taxes so you won't have to pay any extra import fees to get your item.

UK Free on orders over £30: 2-4 days for items in stock using using Royal Mail,  EVRI or DPD.

UK Express: 1-2 days using Evri or DPD

Delivery to remote areas and NI may take a few days longer

International Free: 7-20 days. Free international delivery with Royal Mail or Evri applies for all orders over USD$60 / 60€ or equivalent in your local currency.

International Express: 1-5 days with UPS

All international duties and taxes are included in the price.

All our textiles are made using natural materials including cotton, linen, bamboo (and occasionally polyester recycled from post-consumer waste). You won't find any fabrics made from raw plastics such as polyester or acrylic, or made using toxic chemical processes such as viscose or acetates. Natural products not only feel better, they are also hypoallergenic, better for you and for the planet.

We send everything using minimal biodegradable plastic bags for protection and recyclable paper packaging.
