Our indigo print kantha jackets are perfectly on trend for the season! Made using older kantha quilts, printed with indigo resist and block print, each one is completely one-of-a-kind.

When kantha quilts are too old and damaged to be used they are often upcycled into clothing. Ours have also been printed in various shades of indigo in Jaipur, showcasing a blend of Bengali and traditional Rajasthani block printing.

With its open front, two inside pockets and easy style, throw a jacket on with jeans for an instant, unique style update on cooler days.

The sizes are suited to about 8-14 UK.

Ruth is a size 8, 160cm (5’3”) tall.

We will be making these in larger sizes too so let us know if you’re interested.

All our textiles are made using natural materials including cotton, linen, bamboo (and occasionally polyester recycled from post-consumer waste). You won't find any fabrics made from raw plastics such as polyester or acrylic, or made using toxic chemical processes such as viscose or acetates. Natural products not only feel better, they are also hypoallergenic, better for you and for the planet.

We send everything using minimal biodegradable plastic bags for protection and recyclable paper packaging.

Id ordered some cushions and they were so beautifully made and really lovely fabric so e mailed Biggs & Hill and asked would they be able to make a huge cushion a beanbag!!? A very prompt reply came back….of course send sizes so i did and it arrived and was as perfectly made as cushions absolutely gorgeous! Great company to deal with!
